INGREDIENTS:
½ CUP PLAIN NONFAT YOGURT ½ TO 1 TEASPOON MELON-PEPPER SEASONING
½ TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD ¼ TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
¼ TEASPOON POPPY SEED 4 PACKETS EQUAL OR 1 ¼ TEASPOON EQUAL MEASURE
1 TO 2 TABLESPOONS ORANGE JUICE 4 CUPS TORN SPINACH
8 OZ. THINLY SLICED COOKED CHICKEN BREAST 2 CUPS SLICED STRAWBERRIES
1 CUP HALVED SEEDLESS GREEN GRAPES 1 ½ CUPS THINLY SLICED YELLOW SUMMER SQUASH
2 MEDIUM ORANGES, PEELED AND SECTIONED ½ CUP TOASTED CRACKIN’ FRESH PECANS PIECES   www.pecan.com

IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE YOGURT, LEMON-PEPPER SEASONING, MUSTARD, GARLIC SALT, POPPY SEED AND EQUAL, ADD ENOUGH ORANGE JUICE TO MAKE DRIZZLING CONSISTENCY; SET ASIDE.

 

LINE PLATTER WITH SPINACH.  ARRANGE CHICKEN, STRAWBERRIES, GRAPES, SQUASH AND ORANGE SECTIONS ATOP.  DRIZZLE SALAD WITH DRESSING.  SPRINKLE WITH PECANS.
