Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Mountain States Pecan
December 2002 Recipe
INGREDIENTS: Cream Cheese Layer
1 Graham cracker crust, unbaked 1 8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup Crackin' Fresh chopped pecans (or halves) www.pecan.com  1 egg
Pecan Mixture:
3 eggs 1 cup white corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup sugar

Beat together cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, vanilla, and 1 egg. Carefully spread in bottom of graham cracker crust. Sprinkle pecans on top of
cheesecake mixture. Combine remaining ingredients (3 eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar). Pour over pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60
minutes until pecan mixture is set.
