Gift Certificate Information: Gift certificates are good only for the amount they were purchased for. If you place an order that totals more than the gift certificate, you will be responsible for the balance. If your order total is less than the gift certificate, the balance in your gift certificate account will be there for you next time you order. We do not issue refunds for gift certificates and you cannot "trade" your gift certificate for cash. Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.
